Now in his 13th year of teaching, Josh Anderson serves as the 2007 Kansas Teacher of the Year and was in the “Final Four” for National Teacher of the Year. Other awards include Outstanding Graduate Student from Baker University; the Diamond Key Excellence in Education Award from the National Forensics League, and the 2007 Kansas Debate Coach of the Year. Josh has also been inducted into the Mid-American Educational Hall of Fame and the Baker University Educational Hall of Fame. Josh had been recognized by the New York Times, the Graduate School of Education at Harvard University, Rutgers University, Princeton Review, Family PC Magazine, Education Week and Norton Publishers for his work as an innovative educator. Recently, Josh was featured in “Conversations with America’s Best Teachers” by J. William Towne and “A+ Educators: a World Class Tribute to Our Best Teachers” by Randy Howe. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Education from Emporia State University and his master’s degree in School Leadership from Baker University.
